At uzid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your uzid account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
